Its kind of dumbfounding that Valve decided to do a thirdperson moba where you can actually shoot where you aim, and yet they failed at all to address to major potential problem of characters based around their gun being better by default than character based around skillshot abilities cause you can't miss with the gun characters.Like you'd think that would have been the first thing they would focus on but they didn't even care about it in Deadlock, gun characters just melt so incredibly quick and easy compared to ability users, especially artillery mages which just straight up suck ass in this game.

This game is pretty much the perfect outlet for all that culminated experience. I can aim well and move fluidly and all the macro is natural. it's just timers and counter-jungling. Lane phase is almost completely irrelevant in most games. Items and countering in this game is practically rock, paper, scissors.There really aren't that many characters and almost all of their kits are extremely straight forward, so there's not a whole lot you really have to learn in that aspect. Deadlock has 38 characters to DotA's 126. Obviously that'll change, but you can figure out what everyone does in less than 100 hours.
