In most games where I just start pushing queen pawns I usually end up crushing them. But it's hard to tell which ones to push and when.Also what's a good way to learn endgame? 80% of the games end in checkmates at this rating so it's hard to practice. I'm really bad at playing both sides of the board and pushing one side while trying to stop the opponent from promoting on the other side.I'm also bad with small scale pawn skirmishes, knowing which pawn to push, how to position my king to break through and not just exchange my pawns and end up with nothing.

I played OTB for the first time in a couple years of strictly playing online. I literally felt blind… like I couldn’t see tactics, it was hard for me to determine my next move and I just couldn’t fully grasp the position. I beat a 2050 Fide opponent today and it was a very easy 0 0 0 10 acpl game. It was honestly my easiest weekend game of the year so far, it really surprised me.
