I was always a strong RTWP maximalist, but replaying BG2 I'm actually finding it pretty ass. Fighting against a mage lacks all semblance of thought. I just have Jaheira send Insect Plague, and my other makes fire off whatever breaching spells they have, then haste every one and send them in to beat the shit out of the enemy. It's fun in some sense but it's not the least bit thoughtful or tactical.

Finally finished Lex Imperialis dlc.I enjoyed it almost as much as void shadows. The feudal world was great, the whole Theodora wanted to steal the imperium tithe sounded about right for her character. Honestly the worst part of it is Solomeme.
