I just played the Gilberta story quest, and this was the worst thing I've experienced in any gacha game. Ever. Bar none. The sheer stupidity of the dialogue would've had me think it was too childish when I was 12 years old. Who the hell is the target audience for this thing? 6 year old gamblers? The Disney-esque hand holding scene (and I say that in the worst way), the "speech about flying" and the thing about "don't forget me, but if you do I'll just re-introduce myself!" with little anime girl music in the background made me literally squirm in discomfort. I would've skipped it due to my discomfort, but at some point I became morbidly curious to see how deep (and stupid) the rabbit hole is, and it turns out it pierces the very core of Talos-2 only to emerge as a volcano of cringe on the other side. This thing made Paimon's pointless comments in Genshin seem like mature and well-structured feedback in comparison. If this was made for anyone over the age of 10-12 - it's nothing short of insulting and disrespecful. Even more so when the developer (apparently, haven't played OG) created amazing lore for OG Arknights.
