It now seems really funny to me to put a lore dump in a game and helpfully give the player notes to remember with that file instead of just not making it a lore dump. A forgotten folder, another full of .dog files made by Toby to analyze your typing style and see if you were one of his friends from some Undertale cafe forum.The last 'recommendations'? folder was full of games, all had a mechanic of reacting to things outside their windows and having multiple windows/characters. The last one was made by Toby, about summoning and customizing horse boys/girls but being able to kill them by randomizing them or exiting their windows. The game ended with the original horse girl killing you with a sniper rifle, invincible to any commands to kill her. The final shot was an outside view of a fighter jet (player presumed inside) blown up by a bazooka.
