I feel like of all things, Essence runs shouldn't have cost Sanity and instead have been limited only by your region bills output (just double or triple the price of them to compensate). Just got the the end of main story of Power Plateau and got I hate how they're telling the story in this game. Cutscenes are some mix of capeshit and genshin, everyone is just gasping constantly, that villain woman is yet again the same archetype of "teehee, I'm so elegant and smart and I know everything and I'm OP, teehee, hu-hu, come back in 10 years MC tee-hee". Opinions on the limited character quests so far?Imo so far it's Laevatain > Yvonne > GilbertaLaevatain had reasonable personal conflict, good animations & dialogue, no memorable music or anything to go crazy over thoughYvonne would've probably been better to play right after the V4 main story, I wasn't made to care enough about TA-TA for it to hit as it should; her repressing her emotions and being an autist were more interesting thoughGilberta's was mid at best, had forgettable conflict, had the unfortunate curse of being rewritten and making less sense; nice touch regarding her insecurity with her being a reconvener(Wulfgard's was also pretty mid but had funny accents and set up a potential enemy faction)

I'm starting to wonder whether Crush or Shatter is even necessary in a physical team. Would Chen be worth supporting with 3 other units? You could fit in all the big supports like Pogranichnik, Lifeng, and even Akekuri (or stagger Ember / Ardelia if you need stability) to buff Chen, who already does enough damage to solo trim. Lifeng's own damage isn't too bad either.
