I've found that the most individually talented players are in QP but the most aware, mentally present players that actually know how the game works are in comp. You won't see a solo-carry player going absolutely insane every match in comp, but you will see players that are patient, disciplined, and savvy. Meanwhile in QP I feel like every match is a pop-off simulation for some adderall addict on Tracer or Venture who just deletes half of your team in less than 10 seconds on repeat.

>>557432973it really depends on how you want to plat him and how much the enemy will commit to tunneling you. with the bubble you get 30 hp/s which isnt much by itself but with the initiator perk you should be getting a flat 75 health back with every leap so it makes him a lot harder to pin down if everyone isnt tunneling you the second you land, not to mention it lets him poke from with his normal alt fire from a distance and then bubble up to heal and build ult charge from the perks healing. it also gives a lot of ult charge if you get your entire team in it. the chain lightning one is way more niche in my opinion. it lets him play from further away and harass if the enemy has a comp that wants him to jump in, but the damage drop off for each arc is so diminishing that it feels like you feeding support ults if they have decent heals. it does generate 3% ult charge per full arc though so if they dont have a barrier tank and are bunched together you can build it pretty quickly
