watching this SMT IV speedrun video and dude had to repeat Tennozu quests for 5x because the RNG completely fucked him like first time enemy attack and his 2 demons immediately downed, and there's also a time where red knight completely cleared his lineup in a single turn, also you can't waste many turns because the fear will completely brown your demons' images. just a hilarious quest.

i can't activate tokyo cosmos quest, it's the only mission left to get neutral ending. i've tried the guides where you just need to go to Ginza HA but it's not there, then some youtube comment said you actually need to go Florida Bar to activate the Masakado cutscene which I've done but after that it said i had to go to Ginza outside area with big boulders that activated a new cutscene but it's not there, I then checked Ginza HA again after Masakado and it's still not there.help. fucking piece of shit game never gave you an update that a certain HA may give you new quests so you have to check it one by one.
