As someone who hasn't yet played BG2, I must say that the more I hear about the companions in BG2, the more I feel like the reason most people only talk about Aerie, Jaheira, and Viconia isn't because they're romancable, but because the rest are half-baked at best.Sometimes people here talk about Imoen (well liked, but apparently lacks content after Spellhold), Minsc + Jan (usually only mentioned when people talk about the humour/tone), and Yoshimo (due to the story), but the rest are basically never discussed.Even when others are discussed, the posts are almost exclusively like this >>557483686 one is, i. e. quite negative. In fact the "Evil" party tends to be quite popular given how understaffed it is. Keldorn is well-liked and distinctive thanks to his age and how the makes him relate to everyone else, he has a Shitload of content with Minsc (Who is popular even if people who pay attention to mechanics don't like him). Haer'Dalis has a cool quest, good distinctive banter and the love triangle subplot. Mazzy is really distinctive mechanically and personality wise and has a great "intro quest" even if her subsequent personal quest is pretty mediocre. Anomen is very complete but has an abrasive personality. But then, Valygar has a very cool personal quest, but it is remembered more as the Mage Stronghold since his personality is designed to be stoic and his role in it is more as a walking key. Nalia is sorely missing the content cut when her role as Imoen replacement was diminished.

The more I play Rogue Trader, the more I think the best fight was the first boss one during the prologue. There was actually a bit of challenge, the combat area was small and not excessively sprawling, the number of enemies was reasonable rather than 30 something.

I couldn't find Amrags tomb which led to a quest failure despite me doing the stupid kingdom table. I got bag of tricks to fix this and I put the game on story mode. I can't take it anymore. I've had Kingmaker installed for a year and I am so done with it. No clue how people prefer it over Wotr. The fae fantasy homely vibe is nice but the game itself is awful to play.
Interesting. I've done this a couple times and never had to kill him over this. I recommended that he destroy the secret and he's saying no and I have the option to I Don't Like You Die. But that's weird because I've played this as Icono and Dogma and both times when I said we should destroy it, he agreed. I wonder what I did differently this time. I'm sure it's several things, much like with Kibellah and Jimmy and Argenta's endings, but I don't actually recall doing much differently regarding Pasqal from my previous playthroughs, where he thought destroying it was a good idea. Very interesting.I have to decide if it's worth killing him over it. Never done that before.
