Custom locks are temporary and appears as an orange lock where as blue rocks are "permanent" and appear as blue. You can always unlock it when you want to so its not really permanent. Some writing i thought was very poor in chapter 34 was liveryn. The main gang were in a hurry to find sixo, so they went to liveryn to ask for her help. They pretty much force her to help find sixo but in the end it didn't matter because Sugar/moran already accomplished the main objective of beating the main sixo server. Like what was the point of the liveryn contributions and risking her own neck to lead the main squad into sixo's lair and "sacrifice" if it didn't mean anything in the end. Just so she can go jail knowing her sacrifice was pointless in the grand scheme of things?
