Keep in mind guys, being able to get 100% rested in Taverns means that essentially tents are everywhere now. Its near impossible to not have 100% rested now. So the 50% was a good decision in terms of balancing the fact you're always having rested from now on.You are less dependant to go to cities to restore your rested xp. I feel like this is a good decision to keep the leveling flow going.
