The AI voice controversy is such a non-issue, being able to use the ping system that can say aloud literally every single object in the game now and future tense including named locations is too good not to invest in. The whole issue with the pvp vs pve thing is that in the end, you just have fully geared max level dudes preying on people who just started playing. It doesn't really work in a match based game like this. You had the same in WoW, but there you could at least call in other people or your guild or something to help you out, and often this would snowball into bigger and bigger fights which were fun. You can't do that in arc. It's fun when you're all scrambling to an extraction point, while fighting off arc, and each other, but when it's just some dudes camping in a tower with the best gear who shoot you right before extraction it kinda feels like you're playing Gran Turismo and your car has a chance to randomly explode right before the finish. It adds nothing really. I don't really know how to fix this either since it's inherent to the design of the game.

This turns casuals away over time. (Add in a lack of weapon variety and solo-PVP being awful.)Then you have PVE players who are being attacked by the people intentionally lowering their aggression level and also running out of things to do. You can only run the same Queen/Harvester so many times before it gets boring. (The events also lack any sort of PVE elements. It's not like you can fight a Queen during Coldsnap.)I still really enjoy the game but it's not shocking that it's losing players. It's fairly shallow and the gameplay loop needs more work.

I think I've been to Stella Montis about 15 times now, even opened the admin door about 5 times, no flow controller. This game kinda falls apart in the endgame. I mean, 9/10 times you load into a map where everything has been looted already. The movement speed of your character is too slow to comfortably walk from one side of the map to the other. Your stash is constantly full. Seems like they didn't really think this through.
