Back in the day I was thinking about a timing script and I realized in order for it to make slower moves CH faster moves it would require time travel. If Kazuya does df2 scripted to CH your jab, it would require the script to fetch the fact you were gonna jab from the future before you jab and then press df2 before your jab comes out in that 4 frame window. But building a script which allows faster moves to always counter slower ones doesn't violate any laws.

What the fuck is this game and its netcode? Friend who lives far away in another country I get consistent 100 ping and silky smooth gameplay with. Great, that's the way it was in 7 too. Another friend who lives in the same city as me and uses the same ISP is a dice roll. Sometimes we get 5 ping and shits great. Other times it's 600 ms. We both tried opening dmz up, fucking with windows regional settings, trying on fresh family shared accounts. Both use wired connection and honestly this is the first time we ever had shit connection to each other. The weird shit is that in session search it only shows me EU lobbies(as it should) but they all have 1 bar yet American lobbies show up as 5 bars which should not be possible and the preview is fucking lying yet when it comes to playing with a friend the green preview means we will have good ping. Spamming rematch is consistently bad while playing in a 3 person room alternates every other game whether connection will be good or bad with that particular dude. Feels like black magic with no rhyme or reason to it.
