Honestly, the most based way to play is to just pull no character at all. They won't let you play your characters during main missions anyways, and this way you can skip all the daily, weekly and season stuff.

the aemeath story didn't really tug on the heartstrings so all of the praise/hype kind of fell flat. the time Rover and aemeath reminisced in their home was good, though. that felt like more of a climax than what followed. perhaps the reason for this is because I took a break after that before wrapping things up. the whole segment where you have a "happy ending" felt a bit cringe and I didn't really enjoy it. what followed was cool but I would have appreciated if director-kun had tighter pacing and stopped trying to bait players into caring about their fotm "road trip buddies". overall good it just felt heavyhanded at times and the pacing feels like they are trying too hard to follow a formula/template. and while aemeaths story was handled well I'm sick of these childhood back stories. it's just bait/leftovers for pedokeks.
