So I edit, and then forget to change back.Then the red dog of radagon does some new bullshit I've never seen before. While tinpo and trish run into the rain to fight it, I wait for the rain to clear up. Because knowing my luck, as soon as I step into the rain, the dog will lunge at me and kill me. But then I think "fuck it, I'm missing the fight", and begin to enter the rain. EXACTLY as I'm doing so, one of the dog's magic flying daggers aims DIRECTLY. This of course makes no fucking sense, because the dog is fully engaged with the other two, and I'm at a far distance. But the game just decides to randomly say "fuck you".Then, late in the expedition, in the most POI brained move I've ever witnessed, trish and tinpo kill a perfumer, grab the orb, and leave while the squire is still partially alive. Didn't even make sure he was dead! Just have to run to the next POI!. So I catch up to the orb, and I'm almost surprised by an attack. Luckily, he didn't fire his crossbow at me.

Which RPG gates upgrade material by NG, and yes, respec maybe easier than in earlier games but it's also limited by NG. And the game lacks in other areas that make the open world gameplay loop in other games so good. Like GTA. Missions suck, but the main attraction of the game is vehicles, and they're fun and accessible. ER doesn't have that; the game gates, hides, and makes the RPG systems annoying. That's why Nightreign, which is the first “soulslike” RPG, is so much better.

You can que on the PW and play with anons, but you'll get thrown into d5 matches with church rats that oneshot you, so be prepared for that.

Reset until it lands you closest then go get the item on day 1 then die on night 1 intentionally. Its probably faster just doing a normal solo round and getting it on day 2 and dying on night 2 instead.
