I'd say the combat is unfortunately the main focus of the game as everything feeds into it, but combat is selfish and exists for mostly it's own sake. The only thing combat feeds into is the shitty tower defence and only if you brute force half ass it.The prologue did trick me as I thought building would be much more important. Really thought we'd have some mode where we face off against the enemy bases with our own. The tutorial fights literally have us go and destroy their buildings so we stop their unit production too, but it led to nowhere lol
