Chain heal is a single gcd also but much worse off (26k and 52k on average). Do more damage alive then dead. Pug as a tank, check logs after, shamans die 5 times, with maybe 2 whole healing surges and 30% overheal on those. Pretty consistent over and over. Spec might be pretty good, but the players are on average s2 ret shit tier with their buttons.
