Progress was very slow today. I added saving the state to a file and restoring. It's embarrassing how long it took. I have to get the barebones of this game done by this Saturday if I'll submit it to demo day.
On the bright side, it's not totally helpless. Just slow. The medication is also screwing me up. Gabapentin is supposed to be anti-seizure but I'm being fed them like they are candy. For cravings and for sleep apparently. I've stopped taking them.

Ok then. The trouble is that the screen shots don't show my very slow background process. The circles up top represent the connection status to the server, and from the server back to the client. It's implemented and works! Now I kind of want to add a cell phone signal indicator for it. The chat box will come up on the right hand side on the next screen. Players can chat amongst each other. There is multiple screens and a button system added.
Next up is to add some programmer art, story, and the inventory system.
