It ends up not even being a 5% improvement in most cases the way buff stacking works, but it's a significant difference when you use an in turn skill and do 0% extra damage.If you're gunsmoked brained and all you care about is hitting a target dummy then yeah the pitiful difference will get you a very marginal damage increase on the target dummy at the cost of all your other skills losing significant damage if you ever decide to play real content. If you don't care about real content then by all means, the support attack is better for the target dummy.
