With current artificing it's easier, then you have S1-3 skill nodes, 9/9/4 essence, and as a final resort food buffs. Artificing is the last thing you should probably do at the moment now unless you're trying to reach breakpoints for ult generation because new gear is coming and we don't know if it'll matter if we have artificed gear or if it'll be a "technical" waste.
