I have around 259 basic dyes and around 40 Premium for reference. Hair dyes are a different question entirely. Basics are fairly rare. You've got to buy the BP and exploit the jade banner shop to get a reasonable amount. Just the jade shop is kinda hard to get enough for multiple hair dyes. Premium hair dyes are practically whale tier. So most people use the default black hair or get lucky with one of the pre dyed red/white/blond hair options.

NFA is eu, I don't normally see people there outside of guild party time and the custom buildings are just okay. Allegedly they have a discord whereas the other two don't. You can visit the guild halls if you want to scope out the place before hand. If you're interested in guild.events better to just join an Asian guild then visit the wwmg guild halls when you're bored.
