Ok, so the gimmick puppet skill that adds all the chaos numbers doesn't lock you into anything. If you can summon Disaster Leo and then on the same turn summon Chronomaly Atlandis then you can FTK
How do we do that? What deck can make a 3 material lv 8, rank up into a lv 9 and then make a lv 6 without any help from skills?

I wish Starlight Drive was better at Quasar spamming. Stardust + Formula Synchron means you just need to summon T.G. Recipro then you get Quasar + Shooting Star through summoning Accel Stardust. Issue is that shit doesn't matter when A) Quasar can just get kaiju'd in a 20-card format B) There is no deck-building restrictions C) You can summon Chengying with no consequence. How do the tri combos work here?

droplet is being phased out for lava goylem, and even then you can in most cases chain icarus attack (because they did not send a trap) which tributes as cost and target their droplet plus any other card, cant target itself so maybe Bird Sanctuary. People also would usually send 2 for droplet, so that would fizzle out, and you're left with a 4-5 bounce robin and also if it's in the DP you're making your opponent send cards before they ploos from their skill.

Am I the only one who thinks Precious Cards of the Light might be a skill just as good if not even better than Barian Battlemorph - Galaxy-Eyes for playing Tachyon?

One of the overlooked things in arc-v fusion arc is that if they wanted to keep it all low budget with war, they could've still mentioned in words with a few stills that synchro duelists have started to march into fusion after the council's team figured out the remnants of jean's tech. The synchro footsoldiers keep the rest of the unnamed fusion footsoldiers on the mainland too occupied to regroup and head to the island towards the lancers, so it would feel like they did one thing.
This is the same thing fire emblem has done all the time with stating that all the low rank soldiers fight the enemy's low ranks and create an opening for the player team (the strong vanguard) to rush through to the general and his personal team. But they don't have to bother with actually showing all of it

I got a copy of Galaxy Eyes Cipher EX Dragon out of a bunch of useless cards, and I'm very happy with that

Killing a bot with 10k damage dino sewing because he kept attacking into it was the best experience I've had with this game so far. I've been playing it since 2017.

Is tachyon slop any less convoluted than photon slop? Mizar already is a huge up in terms of looks over Kite, but is the deck more honest too?

Just bit the bullet and got 2x Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon. At least Tachyon of Galaxy looks to be a really good box, should have invested into that on my old account but ah well.

Well, the core engine is way cheaper, only requiring to go through mini boxes, tachyon of galaxy twice and seventh ark two to three times, and using a dream ticket for levianeer, but the strongest part of the deck is how much consistency the skill gives, allowing for around half the deck to be composed of non engine, generally hand traps, especially Nibiru, and those are not cheap at all.
You can use budget non engine you can get via box chips, but it's not the same at all.
Galaxy photon's engine is extremely expensive but the deck doesn't need anything other than it, usually playing from 5 to no non engine at all.
In terms of gameplay, neither is honest. They're both disgustingly powerful top tier decks carried by their skill.

Here's a topping decklist for tachyon if you're interested. It's only playing two of Schwarzschild Infinity and Tachyon Primal and only 7 non engine. Usually it plays 3 of the new dragons amd 11 to 14 non engine in a 30 card deck, so this is particularly budget. Extra deck isn't defined and I've seen lots of lists playing different shit, but they all seem to play dragluxion, double tachyon, titanic galaxy and neo tachyon.

There are 4 ED spots people tend to change when making, sometimes opting for cipher dragon with cipher EX and double Cipher Blade, sometimes they make space for hieratic sky dragon overlord, some try to play prime photon and neo prime photon, so if you don't have the specific extra deck cards in this list you can use something else.

Everytime I saw Tachyon they went into Dragluxion and Primal to search Transmigration and and Spiral Galaxy before ending on Tachyon + No.38 with some backrow and traps + 1-2 cards in hand. Turn 2 they do the same thing but they activate a RUM7 you have to respond to first.
It isn't as egrigous as Dragonic Contact putting Thunder Armed directly on the field but the deck can comfortably run a small archetypal engine with lots of tech cards. Transmigration isn't Super Poly but you also can't spell it without trans.

It had 3 monster negates, trap negate, and 2 Omni negates + needing to get rid of 2 huge utopias.

The skill has been updated for PvP but will only be updated for PvE around the 20th. In any PvP setting, be it tournaments, rooms, casual or ranked matches, the skill works as intended, drawing 2 to 3 cards at any point during the main phase and only requiring 6 theme attribute monsters instead of 9.

I need some deck help. See, I tried Argent RUM with Generaiders to summon No.9->C9. It was fun when it worked but I went first 80% of the time and Generaiders get raped by interruption even with a good hand going second. So I switched to a Raye deck. It's been working pretty well, but I ran into a really bad inconsistency. I'm running 22 cards (4 monsters, 2 traps), but 70% of my duels freeze at some point. One time it was my opponent and I got a free win but I just went up against a Balerdoch Zombie deck and lost to the second Dark World Dealings freezing me after the discard. Is there any counterplay? I've been waiting for the server retrains but at this point I think EoS will come first.

They're probably in with Tachyon at tier 3 in actuality. The Duel Links Meta mods intentionally bump up decks so they can get easy KOG gems and even money off tournament wins. It's pretty easy to tell when you see some of their comments on tier shifts.

Why can pedotrixfags activate their trap in the gy when photon cerberus is on the field.
The card fucking says the opponen't can't activate traps period.
It doesn't say fucking can't activate traps on the field only.
It doesn't fucking say can't activate traps, except for traps in the graveyard.
It says it can't activate traps period.

Ok another thing I glossed over before is that in fusion arc the show just starts saying out loud that a duelist willing to practice to the bone and/or deeply meditate can get a leveled up boss and maybe a couple other upgrades once Kachidoki returns. Before that it would stop one half step before blatantly explaining that's what happens even with 'ordinary' duelists (but they don't have the shortcuts from zarc powers or secret tech). But everyone behaved like they have those loose general expectations anyway, where their soul deck will be shaped and start shifting effects through the training and battle pressure they experienced
