It's "important" because it finished up the Koyan plotline. It's also VERY short.
BUT the plotline is fucking bad and the resolution is totally retarded and basically all the things it reveals are, and I'm not exaggerating and I'm someone who praises a lot of things in this game, some of the worst writing I've ever seen in my life.
Skip it if you want, the game even totally expects you to skip it since once you watch the Prologue, you can just watch the Epilogue without playing the chapter at all. Ultimately its up to you, I say don't skip it because it's short and Though Keys man is fun, but it really is a shitty chapter.

Don't skip Traum though it's actually important and leads instantly into LB7.
