Milteo is the closest thing to roach there is. You're spending the entire early game prepping your hand. You're dropping a bunch of tiny pieces based on your hand size and what is on the board instead of just dumping everything on curve.

Albert can also be played earlier for lethal/damage push as needed. Centaur will never see play outside all in aggro decks. Decks like enhance or loot can't play him.
