As for GA Bunko being controlling, I'm skeptical. Not having second costumes with the second one being a fan service outfit was a dev call based on their surveys, not something GA Bunko would be dictating. The actual skill cutscenes were reasonably comparable to the skill cutscenes of the previous collabs and a lot of the game's other previous cutscenes as well. They just didn't show Priestess' panties(and the other girls didn't have panties to show). The devs saying they had guidelines to follow doesn't mean much when they don't say what those guidelines were, and some of the complainers they were responding to basically expected the "skill" cutscenes to be nothing less and nothing more than the girls being stripped naked by goblins. So I don't have strong reason to believe the problems were much more than the devs botching all aspects of the collab, and not just by under powering the skills. In any case, I'm expecting they'll rerun the Senran collab, as that's the one that was better received and people complaining more about missing out on.
