Nevermind. >V3C4It's about forgiveness. It opens up with Mika mocking the idea of forgiveness, which is projection of her unable to forgive herself. She hunts her enemies, and eventually learns to empathize with them. Mika and Saori are intentionally set up as foils to one another, and Mika realizes that she is Saori, and Saori her. If she cannot bring herself to forgive the person she hates more than anything else, she will never be able to forgive herself. So she puts aside her hatred and wishes for their redemption in a Kyrie Eleison.
