I rate the quality of a patch using a simple ratio of coomers posting nonsense + complaints about heroes vs. teammate complaints + twitter screencaps and/or twitch posts. If the former is higher the patch is bad because people have more grievances beyond their team in sufficient amounts to either not play and just jack off or play and have sufficient confidence in the failure of the balance to bitch, but if the latter is higher the patch is good because people can are not blaming enemy heroes but their own minorities and making fun of retards elsewhere. The only complicating variable is time, because even a "good" patch will eventually see enough people grow bored to foment displeasure

silvers biggest weakness is inherent to her kit. it's that she has to commit to a fight to do anything at allalmost every other character in the game has some sort of safe fallback options in fights, whether its just pressing 4, throwing out random skills, safe distance M1 on gun heroes, whatever, silver doesn't have that. her gun range is shit and two of her skills are facilitators for her gun and the other is basically slowing hexit was fine before because you could just slam your face into the fight and get 10k free souls from your ult to make up for going low but now that she can't do that, the glaring weakness shows
