There's a very strong banner right now for new players, pick Monst3r/Logos/Ascalon for 6*s and Proviso and whatever for the 5*s. If you play through half of chapter 0 you should unlock the gacha feature and have enough to drop a 10 roll on the banner. If you don't get one of the 6*s on the orienteering banner, restart with a new account. It's theoretically possible to get 2 of the 6*s in one tenroll if you really want to push. If you use a good emulator like Mumuplayer you can multibox and do a bunch of accounts each run, spend a couple hours and keep the best account then start playing from there.

Don't know if you have 243 or 252, but both can be done in sets of 3's.For 252, you have a bunch of 2 slot factories. If you have 3 characters earmarked for each factory, you can rotate one of them every 12 hours. So character A is at 24 morale, B is at 12 morale, and C is resting in the dorm. Then next rotation, A is at 12, B is in the dorm, and C is at 24. Goldenglow and Lappland were ideal for this for me but you can typically cope with just building an outpost near wherever and dropping someone of the appropriate damage type thereAlong the way as you unlock more stuff you use rivers to buff the hell out of your ground ops, use witchcraft altars to put all your operators in one killbox and turn the rest of the stage into a spawning pit, get access to the +300 aspd outpost and use it to break any high damage/attack recov op, and can use arts outpost to make infinite skills crazy
So Bellone S3 + Ulpipi S3 + Irene IS module lets you make an infinite levitate spam box with enough enemies or DP on deploy relics? Probably not practical but seems fun.
