I honestly don't get the collabs. I have seen more new people arriving during anniversaries or even when some viral Nikke like Elegg or Label happens. Of course I still see people during collabs but they seem like they are less and more fleeting. Hell, I didn't see shit this time around compared even to Re:Zero or Eva when I saw a few new players at least. It's obvious they want to "renew" their playerbase but the shit they bring is wildly incompatible with the game itself.

Maybe it's because I don't have the same rose tinted glasses as others as a new player, but I don't get the reverence some people have toward the early chapters. Conflict is probably the single worst chapter in the game, and if we count the Ark Invasion as being "Early Nikke" then it's some of the worst collective writing I've seen in professional, published media period. Yeah, some of the best shit is also early obviously, but we started the year with two great events so it feels weird when people act like Conflict was somehow better than, say, Velvet's event.

Not really worth bricking yourself over and a single character with high dupes isn't going to make or break your 3% since OLs are still the more important factor.
