The only thing I'm not liking with Reverse 1999 is how it hasn't interacted as much as it could with near-modern eras. Like, more stories in the 90s, the 80s, and the 70s (I don't even think they have stories in the 70s). There's so much material. My only guess is that they're trying to avoid any kind of issue, just like why they haven't made a WW2 story yet.
