Nobody has fun with or wants stupid shit like auto attack crits, it's still a normal mode boss and so it'll just go from dealing 0 damage to critting for 0 damage. Real impactful.Normal mode is by design going to be tuned for the lowest common denominator and you can't actually engage healers in it when their only real form of "fun" currently is minmaxing cooldown usage. Any normal mode that actually pushed on healing difficulty to satisfy the people complaining would also have to come with DPS enrages and tank mechanics, at which point we've gone far beyond the intent of Normal mode as casual content. Healers just need more gameplay kits to them so that even in simple content that asks you to bring 15% of your heal throughput at best, you at least have more core job mechanics to chew on.That and tighter level/gear syncing systems. So much normal mode content is tuned pretty fun on release but gets squashed like a bug after an expansion or so. People's experience would improve if all normal mode content felt pretty similar to doing on-patch normal mode stuff. It was casual normal mode content when it was created, so there's no harm in tightening it back up to how it released.
