I just realized, 'Beast Fighting', the map in IS2 that spawns all your operators at half health, functions by doing an attack against the operator when you deploy them, so when you have pic related with guaranteed dodge they all drop with full health. That was neat to figure out, was really confused for a moment why my operators weren't half dead at the beginning.
