You can get away with a single borrowed AoE dealer without Rio even on 75-99. You will need Kisaki or S.Shiroko as a special for cost recovery and a cheap rotation but it's possible to cycle the deck enough to use two Rei/Saori skills per rotation.My wave 1 rotation was Kisaki-Rei-(standard Tiph rotation with shields and Aoba and buffs)-ReiNot pre-shielding is scary, but using Rei's skill as early as possible while still killing all bots lets her get redrawn sooner which makes everything go better in the long term, and the early waves on 75-99 are low enough on damage that you can get away with it if your students are fat.
