Post rework mirageAP decisions Scarabs>dust devil>mark>ultScarabs seems like the clear frontrunner due to all upgrades being good. Tornado is 2nd priority because of its defensive functionality, 2 i-frames +evasion. Mark is 3rd priority, the cdr moved to its 3rd upgrade just makes it very weak until maxed, Extra damage doesnt matter if it takes 12s to proc. Sticking with mark max rush is why I think a lot of current mirages are struggling. Ult leveled last because its kinda mid, 65s cd is cool(same cd as divine kev)but overkill for most games IMO Vit Strategy The plan for enemy spirit is scarab hp and tornado i frames, by stealing huge amounts to survive bursts and strategically dodging key abilities. The plan for gun is to leverage the evasion being calculated separately from resists to avoid diminishing returns. With evasion+ bullet resil you can mitigate 90% of bullet. Some will use evasion instead of armor but this does not take advantage of the calculation diff. The weakness of this approach is spirit dps(infernus/victor/seven). Note: i dont know why people havent started buying siphon again, it was hugely popular before the nerf(1/2)

Even though mark is secondary i still reccomend compress cooldown Imbued to mark early. Its unusable without it IMO, with cc you can at least get 3 stacks in one clip. Upgrading to superior cd is fairly high priority to get your scarab recharge under 30s, this will allow you to cast it a little earlier every wave instead of a little later. Echoshard is pretty good and should be timed with the tornado max upgrade if possible. Next would be boundless tree, was good before with only mark, now its mark+scarab with great scaling. For luxury lategame I like mystic reverb, the spirit lifesteal is nice on mark and you wont accidentally use it on scarabs because they dont count as dmg. Note: Transcendent now works on spirit rend which has the same cd as mark, probably worth an experiment Gun Strategy Mirage gun dps is not good and so its best to look for alternative utility and keep investment limited. Headhunter is good because velocity high and you can get some pretty big heals with stolen hp. I also like spirit shredder bullets for the spirit lifesteal that is calculated separately from regular spirit lifesteal. Some alternative i like are Titanic for less reloads cucking your mark and weighted shots because that item is retarded rn. I dont reccomend ricochet early, only after you max mark which i do third and thus it'll be late game. So to be clear its 4.8k>ricochet and thats it for gun, silencer is lower priority than inhibitor which is lower priority than ricochet so i really don't ever get it unless its 70m+I tried to cross reference the mirage leader boards but 8/10 of the top 10 dont even play him regularly and the 2 that do just spam the ricochet/inhibitor build.(2/2)

I've spent hundreds of hours playing Ivy thinking that my aim was downright horrible, practicing and constantly readjusting my settings since I always did little to no gun damage on the post-game graphs. Exacerbated by my cheap mouse and low FPS count so I gave up on gun builds. That being said, I just had a good streetbrawl match where I started with Spellslinger and managed to do ok gun damage without even taking that many gun items.The balance of this game (and the fact that I only play Ivy) gave me something akin to a mid-life crisis for no good reason, for several months.
