I have an MLB SPD Matikane but the run I did with her was 250 below speed cap, do I need to bring a 3rd speed card and drop a stamina card? Resting is kind of pointless because you can only get +70 energy and if you have to run 3 races next, it's -60 energy with the top option which means the entire turn is kind of wasted versus getting just enough energy to train + avoid 0 energy on the first two races (to avoid getting sick/mood down).
