Usually you gotta reforge a piece of gear with good substats first and then find yourself a 3+ reforge or even better a 3+ x 2 reforge, then reroll all stats to match at least one of them then finish it off with individual rerolls on the last one for double maxed out substats. That shit is insanely expensive.Of course you can low aim for the fabled 4x4 but getting 4x4 while having 4 usable substats is basically a lottery but those are worth your reforge resets.
