Limited AoE, although this can be alleviated with proper positioning
Bennett is difficult to replace

Around half of Navia’s damage comes from her Skill, and thus should be prioritized when leveling her Talents. Her Normal Attack Talent contributes meaningful damage because of her A1 Passive, and should be leveled after. Her Burst does relevant damage, albeit less than her Normal Attacks, and should be leveled last.
