Because their dynamic is quite interesting to me, as being characters with different backgrounds but with the common trait of having a Digimon and both characters being Cleaners, even if their perspective of things are basically polar opposite to each other.
Granit and Reina are actually interesting as well, but they are more similar in nature. Both of them are orphans, rejected by everyone, and who found confort and a family in their respective Cleaner's teams, even if one team is a bit dysfunctional while the other might as well be the Digimon equivalent of Blackwater.
The Tomoro/Raito rivalry is fucking laughable and Raito is way too autistic to function as a normal person while Tomoro is too self-centered and barely gives a crap about him.
The thing Naito has with Kyo might as well not exist, considering how Naito attack's are basically a sparring session to Kyo, so yes, I guess that's they truly are, sparring partners.
