The Toon end board is Perfect Toon World to evade an effect on your monster once, Comic Cat to quick effect tribute an opponents monster, Toon Bookmark in the GY to protect Perfect Toon World, 1 Toon Terror for omni negate, and 1 toon briefcase to shuffle 1 opponents monster back, and Toon Ultimate Dragon as just a big monster for protection. Playing the deck on Duelingbook its really easy and consistent to make that end board.
