just check their consumption rate. most things drain 0.5 water per second. a pump produces 1 per second. it's just simple math from there.
a pipe also supports 2 fluid units/s so merge 2 pumps together right at the water source instead of dragging twice as many pipes everywhere.

It's strange to me how many people blame Wuling being a utopia on CCP censorship, rather than there being an awful lot of very nationalistic Chinese people who WILL start a massive social media campaign against you if they don't feel like China's being portrayed as great enough in your new game. Cuprium refinement waste -> tank
When you have 75% waste inside the tank, you can pipe the cuprium waste into a treatment unit
Now just use the waste from the tank to start your battery line, feeding the waste produced back into the tank.
This way the battery production waste are regulated within the tank with no worry of the cuprium line clogging and messing up your battery production.

Since you are only making 6 meds per minute, it would take almost 7 days for it to fully fill your depot up before sewage stops getting produced.
The factory simulation shuts down after a week of not logging in anyway, so it's not as much of an issue as you might think.
If you really want to be autistic about it, you can recycle half of your sewage usage from the last xiracon reactor of each battery line.

Finished Part 1 of the story. I thought that was pretty good. Feels like people are getting hung up on Ruan Yi like they did for Ta-Ta in Yvonne's quest for some reason, when they weren't really the focus. The story also doesn't go out of its way to make Ruan and the stockaders sympathetic. Those past events were unmistakably tragic, but the story also heavy-handedly emphasizes that what he's doing is retarded and ultimately pointless.

It's honestly kind of a problem, the idea that government in fiction has to be ontologically evil. It started off partly as a way to justify plots that would be resolved in an instant if anyone was paying attention, and partly because of the deep cynicism following Nixon and Reagan, but... It's still our best method of mass coordination, and there should be stories (that aren't just copaganda and military flics) that involve rising to challenges that DEMAND that level of coordination. Because if we can't even imagine problems like that or being able to overcome them anymore, how are we supposed to deal with any of the REAL problems that do actually call for that level of response?
