If you only train when you get a Godroll training, then you'll be burning your Godrolls on facility lv2.One piece of advice I saw though, was if you buy a Facility Level Up card, wait till you've just leveled up the facility and then use it, otherwise you're wasting all the progress you've already made. As usual, this was complete misinformation. If you're at lv2 with 90% to lv3, then your facility will become lv3 with 90% to lv4. If you buy those cards, use them immediately.
