Being able to input up during DR freeze doesn't sound like a crazy deal to me, especially considering the person going for DR can still react to said jump with AA normal and potentially get a big juggle from it. It sounds like a problem if the person going for DR is autopiloting DR into a button with long recovery, but it doesn't sound like the end of the world.Overall it's a patch I would've accepted if it was advertised as a minor patch, but considering they went their way to say this was meant to be a big patch then it's just incredibly lackluster.
