i killed a few vampyre krakens as so far so good, i'm using two crewmates with rune cannonballs and rune cannons + me with eye of ayak, it shreds those NPC's pretty fast.so far my cannonballs consumption dropped MASSIVELY (51 krakens with 167 rune Cballs) and magic kills very fast too, repair kits consumption is also down by a lot (not even 50 mahogany kits used and i don't have the dragon hull + keel, only rune).so yeah, it gives positive money without rares instead of a net deficit and you can telegrab and loot very quickly now.also no weird positionning for the boat if you put all cannons on the same side.and it's chill if you want a change of pace, now if only they could introduce pirate boats you could shoot and board (big and small boats), something like shoot them all the way to 0HP if you want faster boat sailing + slayer XP or board them to kill NPC pirates + the boss captain and maybe his left and right hands if you want slower sailing/slayer XP per hour but more loot/gold and rares.
