Been playing blade and as the servers are dead I happened to play three games in a row with the same groot and I don't think it has be discussed but the two have some incredibly good and unintended synergy going ala mantis and widow.Groot ult + blade antiheal dash is honestly an incredible combo. For the cost of one tank ult it is practically a guaranteed fight winner if the enemy doesn't counter ult hard or have a gambit ready to dispel, and a certain team wipe if the groot catches a squishy or two in it. Blade's antiheal applies to all targets inside, while his attacks cleave through and pierce shields, so the combined damage output of the two easily overwhelms all incoming healing. As a side bonus blade is also effectively immortal while chopping up two or more people.

A lot of brawl do counter dive. Granted some of them need tweaks to be better at it. But hulk and thing are the best peelers. Thor is great at peeling enemy tank divers. Wolverine is great at peeling enemy tanks. Blade is great at peeling enemy tanks. Mr fantastic is great at peeling enemy tank divers. Daredevil, who functions as both brawl and dive, is great at peeling thanks to this wall hacks and ability to instantly jump onto an enemy. What other brawlers are there? Rogue just sucks in general. Magik is played more like a diver than a brawler. Angela is more of a diver, but even then her charge and divine field are great for peeing. That’s about all there is really. It seems like to me that brawl does inherently counter dive with one exception, which is that most of them are just too slow to counter the mobility of Spider-Man and Black Panther.
