Kristen EX cleared.Well, this was a bit underwhelming compared to the nightmares that were previous stages. Turns out the trick is actually waiting so long that the game "punishes" you for stalling by deleting the two right balls. Didn't even realize it would do that, I was stalling out phase one and mapping out unit paths on the map site without pausing the game because why not she's 100% stalled and then I heard the leak ding looked over and the two balls were gone. The biggest problem with phase 2 instantly disappeared, all the annoying rocket tanks still go down the pathway so it's easy enough to just Click + Ethan them to death.Shaw gets MVP again for holding down the left side almost entirely on her own. Turns out when everything is weight 1 pushers are very very very good at stalling. She did need a little extra DPS in phase 1 but for the most part it was all her. Also, Ethan gets honorable mention for his S1 absolutely shredding the fat shield dudes, he was able to kill the bottom six and severely weaken the top six all by himself.Back to the main story it is, just in time for the ch16 release event to boot. I was going to do Babel between 13 and 14, but no longer sure I'm going to because that would be wasted stamina during an event. I might just do the story chapters, usually that's only ~100 stamina, and save the EX's for post event. Thankfully I can practice mode clear EGO between 14 and 15 since I full cleared it already for the event. And if I hurry I can probably get the ch16 event bonuses before they're fully gone.No, I'm not doing the S stages, honestly I've always skipped the H stages and CMs in this run and I'm putting them in the same category. Maybe someday I'll go back and do all the S stages and CMs with the squad but frankly I'm super tired of these mechanics and anxious to get back to the main plot esp with this event rewarding main plot stages with extra mats.
