My original pitch was way better than this slop.A game set immediately after the first game, where Chloe has massive survivors guilt, and her over-compensating to make it all "worth it" to Max ends up driving her away. Her bullshit ends up getting them into some kind of trouble and drama with powerful people or something, Chloe learns Max will love her as long as she doesn't act like a dipshit. Max learns to use her powers better. At the end they poop on Warrens grave.
I think for people who didn't play DE, RE feels kinda bad dude to not having that setup of the other characters and school setting, though for those who did play DE, I think RE did a good job of using what was setup in a way that they could get Chloe into the mix.the actually gameplay though does seem like it's more of a walking simulator/set story than a "make your own choices" game, though I think at this point all they could do is appease the pricefields and move on.
