You can choose between playing into his gimmick for a stronger payoff or skipping to the strongest part of his kit but at the cost of him being weaker once he's out of bullets. He's also the only ID that uses unbreakables in a smart way since his clashing power gets gutted and he has damage modifiers for being at lower health incentivizing you to either clash in overheat and lower his health or to only go for unopposed attacks.
