Am I a mindless omori shill, because everytime I see someone vehemently hate Omori, I just find it cringe. The game isn't perfect, and it's okay for not everyone to like it, but some people act like it's some Concord or Sonic 06 level of miserable experience. I always see shit like 'I played 15 minutes of it and was not emotionally moved to tears instantly, -1000000/10 worst game evar' or 'The writing of the characters failed because Omocat didn't personally fly over and studied me to base the entire game off of MY lived experiences, what is she stupid?'. Like you can dislike the game, even point out it's weakness, but these people just try too hard and just seem to hate Omori, for daring to be Omori.

>>561158343I think the problem is that Omori does have issues. It has real, tangible problems you can poke at and say are bad. Off the top of my head; I remember having to slog through the latter half of Sweethearts' Castle and especially Humphrey that first time around. I only starting to like them on a repeat playthrough, but man did it lower my initial opinion of Omori. Basil's a bit undercooked and is one of the few places Omori could have used more tell than show, since a lot about him is kept under the hood. The Hikikomori route being virtually the same up until the end of Black Space makes it difficult to replay on paper, and this seems to have been a dev time problem considering the state of faraway_conditional. I never had a problem with it, but I know some people didn't like how the lake scene with Aubrey and Basil plays out. Some people just might not like the twist or what's attached to it.There's real things to complain about, story and game-wise. The bait criticisms that tend to get tracked down and then posted here aren't that.

actually it's AH so i guess i'll explain the process of the plush making so far. i remember seeing in a video that someone would cover sculptures he made in duct tape to get the pattern, so i tried that with a plush i already have that has a similar shape to the blobs. after that i took some scrap paper and used the duct tape reference to make the fabric pattern. here's a pic of what the paper draft looks like, and as i mentioned earlier >>561733112 it's pretty weird looking which is why i wasn't gonna share it kek. it'd make more sense if i disassembled it but putting it together is a little annoying so i don't want to do that right now.the first plush i'll make is gonna be stranger, it's mostly to test how well the design works so i'm gonna use some scrap fabrics and pure black is an easy color to find. also i intentionally made this pic an eyesore because i thought it would be funny>>561738464have a rare song i like https://youtu.be/LXbo_64sK30
