Guys, I don't know why I even play anymore. I'm a day 1 player. I joined nikke cause my friends were playing, I started pretty casually and didn't expect to play a long time. I found the gameplay unique from other gaccha, might even say fun but ultimately I ended up staying because of the story. Seeing Marian leave, Laplace conquer her fears to become a hero, and seeing red hood fight corruption via will power made me become invested into the game. I played nikke for story. There were good events and meh events. I swear everything went downhill after old tales. the only redeemable event after old tales was stellar memories. It's not just story telling, there also feels like there is a lack of effort/soul in event maps. Honestly this event is the first time, I've at least been impressed by a new mechanic in an event. 2025 overall just felt very lazy and half assed. I hated the story but I guess that's a subjective opinion since many of you thought footsteps, GF, and AG were good. I keep hoping nikke would go back to it's glory days of being unpredictable with it's events but now adays the stories just feel tact on or formulaic. Like you just know that "this" is not allowed to happen because of the rules of shounen manga.
