I really like how Manosaba handles its bad ends. You just get options throughout the story that are clearly labelled “hey, you’ll get a bad ending if you pick this”, so if you want to be a completionist you can always pick those decisions first. Then you get a short, interesting scene that gives you some lore, shows you another side of a character or is just something spooky. And then you get immediately brought back to the decision point again without needing to save the game yourself because it autosaves. It’s nice that bad endings are actually a reward for going off the beaten path rather than punishments for making the wrong decisions.
